On NewsNation last night, I debated Chris Cuomo about my column entitled "They're Not Victims." I put forth that the millions of Americans addicted to substance have no right to commit crimes to support their quest to get high, nor do they have the right to engender societal chaos such as destroying cities.The only solution to the addiction-caused mayhem is to have "mandatory" drug treatment in humane facilities if drug people are caught committing a crime.
