Berger: Despite chaos, ‘credit unions are built for this’

CUs: Voice opposition to interchange legislation

While lawmakers are in recess and working from their home districts and states, NAFCU Vice President of Legislative Affairs Brad Thaler is urging credit unions to use NAFCU’s Grassroots Action Center to raise awareness of the harmful impacts of interchange legislation.

NCUA releases cybersecurity, CU resiliency report

The NCUA released their annual Cybersecurity & Credit Union System Resilience Report Wednesday, claiming its lack of third-party vendor authority has frustrated its ability to manage cyber-related risk. NAFCU opposes granting the NCUA additional third-party vendor authority.
