The Minnesota Governor?s Council on Developmental Disabilities is pleased to announce "Bending the Arc of Disability History Toward Rights, Freedom, Social Justice, and Belonging", a 6 ? hour video training conducted by Mr. Allan Bergman. Mr. Bergman, a nationally recognized subject-matter expert and highly respected advocate for adults and children with developmental disabilities, covers the history and evolution of federal disability policy.

This training is divided into nine sections and covers topics ranging from Disability History to the Values of Federal Laws to the Integration Mandate to A Call to Action.

The Council extends its deepest appreciation to Allan Bergman for his commitment to people with developmental disabilities, and his presentation of this extraordinary amount of information in a clear and concise manner.
