Less than three days. 60 hours, to be exact. That’s how long we have left until the mid-year deadline.

Simply put, this is a pivotal moment. Our Mid-Year Report will be scrutinized closely by the DCCC and potential opponents as they size up their chances in
the approaching election. Based on how we do, the race will take one of two paths:
(1) The Democrats will sense an opening, recruit a formidable candidate, and spend many millions. At that point, we would have a major battle on our hands, one requiring immense resources with control of the House potentially hanging in the balance. OR:
(2) The Democrats will see that any such effort would be futile, because we have the strength and resources to fend off any challenge. We will be well on our way to locking up the seat and putting the GOP on the path to retaining and expanding the Majority.
Your support will make the difference between scenario (1) and (2). The funds we bring in today and before midnight on June 30 will make the difference between a strong report that deters opposition and one that puts a target on our back.

The DCCC is well aware that we are the campaign that toppled Nancy Pelosi, claiming the decisive 218th seat in the House. They know that the Majority was made in our district and it can be
unmade in our district.
We have a
special responsibility that transcends one district and impacts the whole country. Fortunately, we have the greatest supporters in America. Time and again you have risen to the occasion and made a personal sacrifice for our cause.

They want this to
stop, and they want
payback. That’s what makes the target on our back even bigger. And it’s why many political consultants would say fighting for change is not a good political strategy. They’d say it’s
easier to go with the flow, go along to get along.
But that has never been our approach. I have been able to take chances, to go to the mat, to fight against long odds, to risk everything time and again – because I’ve always known you'll be there for me. And you always have.
