Last week, the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit issued a ground-breaking decision in favor of America First Legal’s lawsuit challenging the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission’s radical transgender edict forcing religious organizations to violate their beliefs. 

The court ruled that the federal government could NOT force religious employers, including churches, to allow biological men into women’s bathrooms.

While we’re thrilled that the court ruled in our favor, this battle is far from over. We will continue to fight for YOUR right to be free from the Biden administration’s radical and truly twisted transgender edicts.
