State: It's About Time ⌛

TPPF's fight for property rights will finally get its day in court! 👏

The federal government's extreme abuse of authority (based on Interstate Commerce Regulations) has kept John Yearwood's right to use his own property in limbo over a...spider. 🕷️

“Their theory is that anything that affects one species, eventually affects all species, because all species are interconnected in the circle of life, and, eventually, will have some effect on interstate commerce,” says TPPF's Chance Weldon. That's right, folks, in case you missed it....squashing a spider is an act of interstate commerce - we can't make this stuff up. 🤦‍♀️

According to Weldon, the case could wind up being a landmark when it comes to government overreach and private property rights. Stay tuned.

Local: Finally, the Truth💡

An Austin official recently admitted, ‘If you really wanted to stop all carbon emissions you’d have to turn off all the lights and stay home.'

Newsflash: It's not wrong. 🗣️ Austin bureaucrats are finally speaking the truth—and we're SO here for it—the city’s Green New Deal will cost a lot, accomplish nothing.

What does this win mean for TPPF? There’s cause for great optimism for America’s energy future.👏

Without action, government grows and becomes more intrusive in our lives. Join the fight!
