We have a lot on the line.
Unlike George Santos, I will always lead with the truth — so here goes:
Friday marks our very first end-of-quarter fundraising deadline since we launched our campaign to unseat Santos and we have a lot on the line.
The amount we raise will become public, for everyone to see. Both Republicans and Democrats will use it to judge the strength of our campaign. In fact, party leaders have told me that they need to see us maintain our early fundraising momentum for them to support us.
To show them that we have what it takes to win, our team has set an ambitious fundraising goal — $30,000 by Friday at midnight. I’ll get into the details more in a minute, but if you already believe in our campaign to stop Santos and his radical, right-wing cronies will you chip in $5 now?

A lot of people have been asking me what it will take to unseat George Santos, and here is what I tell them.
George Santos is only the second Republican to represent my home district in the over 60 years my family has lived here. He rode in on the MAGA wave that swept races all around the country and now people are seeing him for who he truly is: a phony and an embarrassment.
Between his lies and the criminal charges against him, Santos is particularly vulnerable — but that doesn’t mean defeating him will be easy.
This race will determine whether control of the House swings back to Democrats, or stays in the hands of Kevin McCarthy and his extreme GOP counterparts. That means they are going to sink millions of dollars into defending this seat.
Reaching our $30,000 end-of-quarter goal will spell the difference between being able to keep up and build a winning campaign — or falling short. So I’m personally asking: will you chip in $5 now to help us get there?
