The fact of the matter is, the General Election is just around the corner, and we need to empower Virginians to continue to show strong support for Democrats. That’s why Senator Warner has been on the road campaigning all throughout the Commonwealth – just last week, he visited with Prince William County Democrats to support Democratic candidates on the front lines of the fight for the General Assembly.
Full control of the legislature is up for grabs this fall, which means Virginia’s future depends on us electing Democrats up and down the ballot. The GOP – unified in their plan to ban abortion and overturn commonsense laws aimed at preventing gun violence – are looking for a clean sweep. We can’t give it to them.

Democrats’ majority in the Virginia Senate has been the one thing that has stopped Republicans from enacting their right-wing agenda.
