Every year on Valentine’s Day, Love is reduced to cheesy romance, too fickle and anemic to be a political force. But we know that Love is so much more than that. We know that Love is not a feeling, it’s a choice we make over and over again.

This year the Dream Corps is joining forces with Valarie Kaur and the Revolutionary Love Project to stage a cultural intervention to #ReclaimLove as a force for justice, beginning with Valentine’s Day.

The answer is revolutionary love, a practice that enriches the meaning of both revolution and love and extends in three directions: love for others, love for our opponents, and love for ourselves.
