Hi Team, Jeff sent you an email yesterday about how we need to hit our fundraising goal of $25,000 before the June 30 deadline. I’ll cut to the chase: our campaign will be judged, fairly or not, on the strength of THIS disclosure.
Here’s what I mean: June 30 is the end of the fundraising quarter, and we must submit a report to the Election Commission. When our books close at midnight, we must publicly report that number.
For Jeff and everyone else on our team, our success is measured in grassroots dollars, volunteer hours, handshakes, and pledges to vote for Jeff Yarbro on August 3.
But the reality is, when that report goes public, our finances become a bellwether for the future of our campaign, according to everyone from political pundits to the press to our opponents.
There’s no way around it. There are millionaires in this race who can self-fund their TV ads, but Jeff is relying on us.
Can you help us hit our goal? Chip in $20, $50, or even $100 before this critical end-of-quarter fundraising deadline. [[link removed]]

Thanks so much for stepping up in this crucial moment. Know that when our numbers go public after these reports are filed, your support made a huge difference in this race.
