From the very beginning of the COVID health crisis, we were on the frontlines battling to keep churches and houses of worship open.
As Rev. Patrick Mahoney says in this video “With one stroke of the pen we could no longer gather in our churches.”
With your support, we won THREE cases in front of the United States Supreme Court to re-open churches.
But as you know, the threat to free speech and religious freedom hasn’t subsided.
Years after the health crisis peaked, we’re STILL suing the US Capitol Police Board for its refusal to completely reopen the Capitol Grounds to peaceful public gatherings.
Because of your support, we’re also still fighting for Shawn McBrearity, the Maine father who was banned from his daughter’s graduation and is now being illegally barred from speaking freely at public school board meetings because he dares to question the controversial subject matter and age-inappropriate books at his child’s school.
