John,
We’re just three days away from our first FEC fundraising deadline, so I thought this was a good opportunity to share three reasons why this deadline is so important for our campaign.
But first, I have to ask: will you please chip in $3 or more today to help us reach our goal?

Here are three reasons why this first FEC fundraising deadline is so important:
[1] This district is critical to retaking the House majority. The Cook Political Report and Sabato’s Crystal Ball have already rated our district a TOSS-UP, and national Democrats have also identified our district as one of their initial pickup targets for 2024.
[2] We’re completely grassroots. Unlike my Republican opponent, David Schweikert, I refuse to accept any money from corporate PACs because I’m running for Congress to represent the people, not special interests.
[3] After the FEC deadline, we have to publicly report our final numbers. Everyone, including Democrats and Republicans, will be looking at our campaign to see if we have what it takes to flip this district, so we need to show them the strength of our grassroots team.
John, all of this goes to show how competitive AZ-01 will be next year, so we need to do all we can now to set our team up for success. Will you chip in $3 or more today ahead of this major deadline?
