John,
In a moment, I’ll tell you a few reasons why the upcoming FEC quarterly deadline is so important to our campaign.
But first, I have to ask: will you please chip in $5 or whatever you can today ahead of our big deadline?

Here are three reasons why it’s so important for us to meet our $10,000 end-of-quarter goal:
[1] The path to taking back the House runs through NY-19. This race is a must-win to restore the Democratic House majority in 2024, and it couldn’t be more competitive. We received over 49% of the vote last time, and experts have already rated our race a toss-up. I know our team can finish the job next year, but we can’t do it alone.
[2] Josh's Republican opponent had a headstart in fundraising. The truth is, we’re starting this race at a financial disadvantage. Marc Molinaro already had $630K in the bank when we launched our campaign, and since then, he’s raked in even more from corporate PACs and special interests.
[3] After the FEC deadline, how much we raised becomes public. When we reach the FEC deadline, our campaign has to publicly report how much money we raised. It’s a BIG deal – everyone from both parties will be looking at our numbers to decide if we have what it takes to flip this seat.
John, we can’t afford to come up short now. Will you contribute $5 or whatever you can today to help us reach our goal before this major deadline?
