How can you tell the difference between a Blue Dog Dem and a typical member of Congress?

Some of us have tattoos. We’ve all worked normal jobs. We’re led by a Marine, an auto shop owner, and a fisherman. We know when it’s turkey season (and remind our colleagues in Congress about it, too). And we’d much rather be spending time outdoors than in DC.

We’re normal people who ran for Congress because we want working people to have a voice in DC. Instead, it seems like lots of Congress is more interested in delivering special favors for the elite and paying lip service to the American people while nothing is getting done.

We have to defeat the out there extremists in DC to make progress together, so will you please donate now to help us elect more normal Blue Dogs to Congress?

Together, the Blue Dog coalition represents some of the reddest districts held by Democrats in our country. But our constituents know that we don’t care about partisan politics, they just want us to get things done.

So do we.

Our goal is to present voters in working class and rural areas a real alternative to extremists who don’t care about our democracy. Blue Dogs are the answer. But we need your help to spread the word and flip these districts from red to blue.
