John,
I’m excited to announce that VoteVets, the largest progressive group of Veterans in America, has endorsed our campaign. As an Air Force Veteran and a descendant of Veterans going back to the Civil War, I’m humbled to have received the support of VoteVets at this critical moment in the campaign.
Growing up on Air Force bases around the country and attending the US Air Force Academy myself instilled in me the value of service above self. This ethic informed my career at every step, from my time as an aeronautical engineer to my years spent in emergency departments. Now, I’m ready to bring that ethos of service to Washington in order to advocate for my community and country by supporting gun safety legislation, healthcare access, and reproductive freedom for all.
I’m honored to join VoteVets’ endorsed candidates, and I know that together, we can transform policy and improve the lives of millions nationwide.
But even with the endorsement of VoteVets and 3.14 Action last week, our team still has to show its strength through our first quarter fundraising numbers. Can you help fuel our campaign ahead of our first quarterly deadline by contributing $32, $50, or whatever you can today? [link removed]
With another Veteran, and the very first trauma surgeon, in Congress, we’ll be one step closer to creating safe communities where our children can thrive. Thank you for standing with me.
Onward,
Dr. Brian Williams
