Dear John,
Here in Southwest Washington, we are blessed to have a community built off
the values of hard work, integrity, and compassion.
I grew up with these values instilled in me from a young age. I was raised to
work together with others — even those you don’t agree with — to achieve
success.
When I decided to run for Camas City Council, I didn’t know what to expect,
but I knew I was impassioned. I felt compelled to serve — driven by the
frustrations and concerns of people in my community.
I’ve fought tirelessly to stand up for you by advocating for lower taxes.
We’re constantly lectured and told “it’s only the price of a cup of coffee”
when a new tax is passed. But the truth is this: The many “cups of coffee”
being forced on us are leaving us in financial disarray.

We’ve made progress, but the fight is much bigger than it was before, and
there’s a lot at stake. The radical Left continues to virtue signal and
steamroll over every principle and freedom we hold dear, in addition to wasting
money on pointless expenditures.
That is why I am running for Congress.

I am one of you. I understand that our voices aren’t being heard in OUR
Washington or THAT Washington, so I’m taking matters into my own hands. We need
to address rising crime rates and the declining quality of our schools, not to
mention the out-of-control spending.
But, in our communities these days, it seems we are losing focus of our
commonality as citizens and human beings. I believe there is much more that
connects us than separates us.
I can’t do this alone. I would be honored to have you by my side in this
critical race. Will you become a founding supporter today by contributing an
inaugural donation of just $35?

There is hope, John. I know our best days are yet to come if we work together
and demand change.
In the months ahead, I’ll share more updates from the campaign trail, as well
as concrete ways to solve problems and create a better tomorrow for Southwest
Washington.
I hope you’ll join me on this journey.
Sincerely,
