From being the only thing that is stopping McCarthy from cutting Social Security, to passing the only major climate measure into law, to standing up for reproductive freedom, Congressional Democrats are defending science from Republicans who don’t “believe” in it.
But I need to know you’re standing with us.
On Friday night is the quarterly Federal Election Commission (FEC) public filing deadline. One year since they helped strike down Roe v. Wade, we know Republican operatives will be paying close attention to what we report to see if they can steamroll us in 2024.
We need to act right now to defend scientific fact. That’s why before our FEC deadline, I'm asking 500 people to join my team as digital members to show that we have the grassroots support needed to win. But hurry, this membership drive is only going to last 24 hours.
What I want National Republicans to see when they look at my FEC report is support from folks of all stripes—big donations and small. That’s the best way to send the message that we’re going strong into the next election cycle.
Because, John, so much is on the line in 2024: Republicans are coming after voting rights, reproductive freedom, climate change, election security, and common-sense gun reform.
