About the Position
The Operations Manager helps ensure Minnesota's civil rights enforcement agency runs smoothly.?
The Operations Manager is responsible for developing new and overseeing existing processes, procedures, tools, and systems to ensure the effectiveness of the agency?s fiscal operations, technology operations, onboarding and offboarding, office and equipment needs, and other operational needs.
The Operations Manager will be involved with nearly every team of the agency and work closely with several external partners.
The right candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.

*Salary Range:* $29.92 - $44.38 / hourly; $62,473-$92,665/annually
