Reform the 2023 Farm Bill

Tell your elected officials to prioritize animals, people, and the planet over Big Ag!


With the support of the Farm Sanctuary community, Representative Earl Blumenauer (OR-03) successfully introduced the Food and Farm Act of 2023 in March.


This revision of the Farm Bill puts the needs of animals, people, and the planet first over profit.


Through the Farm Bill, the United States invests more than $700 billion every five years in a factory food system model that perpetuates immense harm and injustice to all. It excludes workers and animals entirely, leaves millions of families without access to nourishing food, and rewards producers of feed, fuel, and junk food inputs – not food that nourishes people.


Now’s our chance to support meaningful systemic reform.

Why now? Our House Representatives are submitting their priorities for the Farm Bill this week, and they need to know where voters stand.
