A new resource created by the Center for Reproductive Rights was released to evaluate U.S. state high court constitutional decisions on sex discrimination and guarantees of gender equality. And the Center and its partners released a new manual outlining India's abortion laws and provided recommendations on ways to improve access to care.

Center and Partners Launch Advocacy Manual on Abortion in India [[link removed]]
The Center and partners launched a new publication, Advocacy Manual on Legal Regulation of Abortion in India: Complexities and Challenges [[link removed]] , at a recent event held in New Delhi. The manual maps out India's abortion laws, examines barriers to abortion access through an intersectional lens, and makes recommendations to improve access to care. "We see this manual's value in the understanding of intersectional barriers preventing access to abortion in India. This manual is the first of many to initiate hands-on engagement," said Faustina Pereira, the Center's Senior Regional Director for Asia. "We hope this manual becomes a blueprint for various other countries."
