The 128th Air Refueling Wing of the Wisconsin Air National Guard will be conducting a flyover of the Madison isthmus Wednesday June 27, 2023. The flyover is part of a nationwide Strategic Air Command initiative to commemorate 100 years of aerial refueling excellence. Residents in and around downtown Madison can expect to see a KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft perform a low altitude flyover of the state capitol building and Camp Randall between 1:30 and 1:40 p.m. ???
