NEW | Breaking the Chain: Decoupling School Choice Funding in WI

The Wisconsin Legislature and Governor recently acted in a historic fashion to secure school choice for years to come. But the work is not done.

WILL's new report examines how decoupling school choice from public school funding will further simplify the system while cutting property taxes, reduce misguided complaints from local school districts about funding “cuts,” and insulate the program from Constitutional challenge.

Recently, a federal judge sided with our clients and against President Biden's racist agenda—a massive blow to this administration's "Equity Agenda." This agenda not only discriminates against whites, but dozens of minority racial groups that are not "preferred."
