Remember how pundits all predicted a massive "red wave" last November — only for voters to show up in full force to reject MAGA Republicans and their extreme, anti-choice agenda?
Now, new data has revealed that a key demographic helped make this possible: Young voters.
POLITICO:
"Democrats avoided an electoral wipeout in the 2022 midterms. One way they did so was by reassembling a history-defying coalition of young voters who turned out at rates more commonly seen in presidential elections . . ."

Thanks to the work of organizations like Voto Latino that invested in voter registration and mobilization key battleground states, young voters turned up in huge numbers last November. Now our grassroots movement is gearing up for the next hurdle:
Here's our opportunity: By next November, over 4 million young Latinos across the country will reach voting age. And, according to recent research, more than three-quarters of young Latinos support federal legislation to protect reproductive freedom. If we can get these young people registered and mobilized to vote, we can make our voices heard by driving even bigger rates of youth turnout in 2024.
But here's our challenge: Reaching this many voters is going to take a lot of resources — and, since we're already halfway through 2023, we're running out of time to get it done.
Registering and mobilizing as many young Latinos as possible before the 2024 election will be our biggest undertaking yet, so we have no time to waste. Will you donate now to Voto Latino? ([link removed])
Quite frankly, our work would not be possible without grassroots supporters like you.
