It's me again. 

I promised to forward a list of publications to everyone and realized after the call I downloaded the list from the FB page "CD2 Letters to the Editor."

I encourage all to the "Join CD2 Letters to the editor" page.  The mission of the page is clearly stated and the tools you need are listed under the "files."
