Dear John,

Millions of Americans are frustrated with the thought of a rematch of 2020 right now.

But very few people are in any position to do something about it.

John, you are.

You can join with AFP Action to take on this monumental task. ([link removed] )

We know that AFP Action holds real sway too.

Last year, AFP and AFP Action engaged in 22 primary races on behalf of candidates supporting principled policies you and I care about, who also could win their general elections. That’s more than in any previous year.

As a result, 82% of the candidates AFP and AFP Action supported in the primaries went on to win in November. Compared to 64% of candidates where we didn’t weigh in early.

Look at what happened in Missouri in the 2022 midterms.

There, we got behind a strong candidate who had a record of standing on principle — Eric Schmitt. He engaged in a tough primary race for U.S. Senate against one of the most controversial candidates who, shockingly, was initially favored to win. Through door-to-door canvassing, AFP Action activists helped bring in 80,000 new primary voters to lift Schmitt over the top.

With the support of activists like you, John, Schmitt went on to win big in November. It was a race that may well have been lost had AFP Action not gotten involved in Schmitt’s primary to help him advance to the general election.

That’s the same kind of impact AFP Action can have on the upcoming presidential, U.S. Senate and House, and state-level races.

That’s why AFP is already working to identify candidates who will advocate for the policies you and I care about most and go on to win in November 2024.

We have to win to roll back destructive policies the Biden administration is pushing, including inflation-inducing, reckless spending and more bureaucratic red tape that’s destroying our country’s prosperity.

If unelectable candidates win at the primary level again, we could see a progressive sweep in 2024, leading to more harmful policies pushed by the extreme progressives.

These should be very winnable races.

Look at President Biden’s approval rating. Hovering around 31%!

There’s no reason why any president, of any party, should ever be reelected with a 31% approval rating. And in his first two years in office, he’s pursued the most extreme elements of an out-of-touch progressive agenda that sees the growth of government as the solution to virtually every problem.

And yet, if Republicans don’t look ahead to the future and instead stick with the same-old-same-old, they will lose the presidency, and we will see down-ticket losses … again.

That’s why you and I have to step in.

John, your gift today of $25, $76, $200, or even $500 will make sure we are able to help nominate principled policy candidates at every level of office who can WIN in 2024 — including for president, in key U.S. Senate and House races, and for leaders at the state level.

P.S. John, our strategy to get involved in the presidential primary is based on the last two elections and our data proving the American people want someone different.

Our country must turn the page on the past and write a new chapter ([link removed] ) .

AFP Action needs $50,000 from donor activists like you before our deadline of June 30, 2024 to show we have the resources and wide support to explicitly engage in the race to WIN.
