March on Washington to Continue MLK's Legacy
On August 26th, ADL will join Martin Luther King Jr.'s family, NAACP, Unidos, National Urban League, the Drum Major Institute, the National Action Network and many more likeminded organizations in Washington D.C. marching to fight hate and to secure justice and fair treatment for all.

White House Launches National Strategy to Counter Antisemitism
On May 25th, the White House announced the first-ever

National Strategy to Counter Antisemitism.

contributing more than 30 distinct policy recommendations and organizing grassroots advocates to urge Congress and the Biden Administration to develop a unified national strategy to monitor and combat antisemitism.

ADL Convenes Civil Rights Leaders to Focus on Political Violence
As part of

Project CODE, ADL and the National Urban League convened about 100 civil rights leaders from over 57 organizations to discuss the challenges facing our communities, how we can best work together to tackle political violence, and extremist trends.

ADL Progress on the State Level
- Arizona established a state Nonprofit Security Grant program.
- Illinois passed an anti-doxing law that is on its way to the Governor’s desk.
- Maryland enacted an anti-swatting law, established a Commission on Hate Crimes Response and Prevention and created a grant program to protect communities from hate.
- New Jersey passed a law to audit its Holocaust education program.
- Virginia formally adopted the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's definition of Antisemitism (IHRA) and launched an antisemitism taskforce.
- Washington appropriated funding for Holocaust education passed an anti-doxing law and enacted a state Nonprofit Security Grant program.

ADL Leaders Lobby for Nonprofit Security Grants
In D.C., over 350 ADL leaders joined representatives from LGBTQ+, Latino, Japanese, Black, and interfaith community organizations to lobby for $360 million in grants to help nonprofits protect their physical spaces.

Congress Addressing Anti-Jewish Doxing
ADL partnered with members of Congress to introduce the bipartisan Doxing Threat Assessment Act.
This bill is a direct response to the Boston Mapping Project, an antisemitic attempt to intimidate Jewish organizations across Massachusetts by posting personal information (such as cell phone numbers and addresses) online. Sharing personal information like this is dangerous, and foreign terrorist networks are taking advantage of it to cause harm to school teachers, election officials, Jewish small business owners, Supreme Court Justices, and more.

Synagogues Partnering with ADL to Fight Antisemitism
Join Kulanu, ADL's synagogue engagement program, and empower your synagogue to fight antisemitism and hate. Hebrew for "all of us", Kulanu is a year-long, no-cost program helping congregations across the country combat antisemitism and hate through advocacy, education, and community engagement.
