Friend,

The Supreme Court once again stands between Biden and his aggressive assault on the country’s economy. They will be weighing in on his student loan forgiveness plan this month. But what can we expect…

On the surface level, the Court will decide whether Biden even has the legal authority to forgive student loans.

Inflation is also a large concern and has plagued the administration from the first day – forgiving student loans would drive inflation even higher.

The costs are staggering and estimates range between $300 billion and $980 billion over the next 10 years.

That being said, we want to know:

Nothing in the Biden order addresses the cost of college education and exorbitantly high tuition.

We also tend to think that It’s near-sighted to think that future borrowers will expect debt forgiveness - incentivizing students to borrow more, not less.

Friend, should the Supreme Court strike down the student loan forgiveness program? Let us know your thoughts as soon as you get this email.

Thank you,

Senate Republicans
