The legislation, sponsored by Senator Troy Singleton and Assemblyman John McKeon, would cap out-of-pocket costs for insulin, asthma inhalers, and EpiPens and establish new oversight and transparency practices for drug manufacturers.

This plan is a no-brainer. Now’s the time to get it done so we can continue delivering results and lowering costs for New Jersey families and seniors.
