In a moment, I’m going to ask you to support my friend Sen. Jacky Rosen in her fight to defend Nevada’s must-win Senate seat. But first, give me a chance to explain why this is so important.

Republicans know that the key to delivering Senate control back to Mitch McConnell is winning in Nevada, so they’ve set their sights on Jacky as a top target. Now, with a new poll showing her 2 points down, experts are calling her one of the most vulnerable senators on the ballot.

So much is on the line next fall – now more than ever, we need gun safety champions like Jacky in office to pass lifesaving measures like universal background checks and bans on the sale of assault weapons and high capacity magazines.

I know just how hard these campaigns can be, but I also know that Jacky has what it takes to win. She’s won tough races before, and she can do it again – but not without an army of grassroots supporters full of people like you.

Right now, Jacky is falling short of her $50,000 end-of-quarter goal, and she needs our help to get back on track before the official FEC deadline. As we face everything from attacks on our reproductive rights to surging gun violence across the country, Jacky’s fierce voice for progress is one we can’t afford to lose.
