Wow, what an incredible few days it’s been! It’s surreal to watch my sister Lisa as she kicks off her campaign to potentially be the ONLY Black Woman in the U.S. Senate.

When Lisa first told us why she wanted to run for the Senate, she said her campaign would be about restoring “Bright Hope” in America – and she explained what she meant: It’s about access to great jobs and health care, to clean air and water, reproductive freedom and voting rights.She said when these things are protected, there is less fear in the world.
