Learn to Hunt: Rifles for Hunting and Target Shooting - Augusta

Increase your confidence and accuracy in this course designed to help you learn to hunt with a rifle. You will learn the various types of rifles and how they can be used for game ranging from squirrels and hare to deer or bear. Great for any experience level! Ages 10+

Learn to Hunt: Handguns for Hunting and Target Shooting - Augusta

In this workshop you will learn to gain sight picture, aim properly, and trigger pull considerations. In addition to learning how to judge distance and know the limitations of your handgun, we'll cover caliber selection and ammunition types. Open to any experience level, and each participant will leave with a firearms trigger lock! Ages 10+

This hands-on workshop will fully prepare you for hunting or range shooting with a rifle. Users of any experience level are welcome. You will learn about different action types, sighting systems, safe firearms use, firearm selection, and differences between calibers and bullets. Ages 10+

If you're looking for a refresher or are a new hunter or shooter, this is the workshop for you. Professional staff and range safety officers will prepare you for hunting or a day at the range using a combination of hands on demonstration, practice, and live fire exercises. Ages 10+
