John, having my mama front row when I took the stage last week was such a blessing. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her. She’s been by my side the entire way and it’s because of her that I know America is a land of opportunity, not oppression.
She loved me endlessly - even though sometimes it was at the end of a switch.
She worked 16-hour days as a nurse’s aide to keep our lights on, keep food on the table, and have a roof over our heads. My mama said we could be victims or victors — and she chose victory.
She taught me the importance of finding dignity in all work and the power that faith in God can have on your life. It’s why I know if you are able-bodied, you work! Period.
And all of this is why I fight!
Under President Biden, our nation is retreating away from work and dignity. Millions and millions of people have dropped out of the workforce entirely and the share of working-age men choosing to work is the lowest it has ever been.
John, I have faith in America and our President should too.
I know America is a land of opportunity, not oppression. You see, the truth of my life disproves the lies of the radical Left. That’s why I’m the conservative candidate they fear the most!
