With the lines between our work and personal life balance seemingly getting grayer, how can we make an intentional effort to care for our bodies and minds?

Join Women In International Security (WIIS) on June 28th at 3:30 PM (EDT) for a virtual Professional Development event highlighting tools and strategies for prioritizing self-care and preventing burnout. We have gathered experts within the WIIS network, bringing together a panel of dynamic leaders and subject matter experts with backgrounds in Armed Services, Social Entrepreneurship, and Peace Facilitation. Experts will provide insight on the convergence of mindfulness and mental health in the context of international peace and security. Participants will gain an understanding of how burnout is detrimental to overall well-being and how to create strategies for preventing burnout and establishing a healthy work-life balance.
