Hi folks!

Have you heard about the new co-chairs for Blue Dogs? We may look like the latest indie band, but in reality, we’re just normal people serving in Congress.

In this photo, you see a Marine from Maine, an auto shop owner from Washington State, and a commercial fisherman from Alaska. We’re the new leaders for Blue Dogs, a coalition dedicated to improving the lives of working people like us.

We also don’t believe in giving you a bunch of bull - so here’s the hard truth: In order to protect the House from extremists next year, we need to protect all of our Blue Dog seats and win at least 5 more in rural America.

It’s going to be tough, but Blue Dogs know how to win in working-class districts (we’re some of the only people who have done it) - and that’s why we’re coming to you for support.

Can you chip in anything to help us defeat the extremists and elect more normal people like us to Congress? Even $5 will help us defend our democracy and freedoms from the people trying to tear our country apart.

As Blue Dogs, here are some of the common sense things we believe in: protecting our freedom, securing our democracy, and passing policies that benefit the everyday, hard-working Americans.

We believe if there’s a good policy that helps America, we should pay for it - but working people shouldn’t have to foot the tax bill.

We know who we are, and we know how to win. We believe Congress needs more normal people like us, and a lot fewer fringe extremists.
