Team, whether it’s book bans, attacks on voting rights, expulsions of democratically-elected lawmakers, or efforts to eliminate abortion access, there’s a lot of bad news coming out of Republican-led legislatures lately.

That’s why we wanted to brighten your day with some good news:

NBC: "Minnesota is becoming a laboratory in pushing progressive policy"

NPR: “Michigan Democrats are getting their way for the first time in nearly 40 years”

Baltimore Banner: “Maryland digs in on Democratic priorities”

Last November, Democrats won full control of government in states like Maryland, Michigan, and Minnesota for the first time in years. Now, those lawmakers are pushing forward progress on issues like:

✅ Defending reproductive freedom
✅ Protecting worker’s rights
✅ Ensuring gun safety
✅ Expanding paid family leave
✅ And more!

Team, the NDRC’s movement to secure fair maps, protect voting rights, and elect Democracy Defenders helped make these victories possible – and we’re just getting started. Will you pitch in now to help us continue fighting for fairness?

Tactics like gerrymandering and voter suppression enable Republicans to impose their extreme agenda – even when a majority of voters oppose it. But by fighting to secure fair maps and protect access to the ballot box, we can help ensure the people have the power to hold their leaders accountable.

That’s democracy at work.

So please: Will you donate today to help the NDRC continue fighting to strengthen our democracy? Together, we can win more victories in key states across the country.

Since 2017, the NDRC has executed a comprehensive redistricting strategy that shifts the redistricting power, creating fair districts where Democrats can compete. Our victories have been made possible by our strong community of grassroots supporters.
