$1.3 billion

June 21 marked one year since the Department of Homeland Security began enforcing the import control requirements of the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act. In the first year of enforcement, U.S. Customs and Border Protection detained more than $1.3 billion worth of products at the border.
