I Voted Against Increasing The Federal Debt and Government Spending!

What’s New:

On Thursday, I voted NO on the budget deal that significantly increases the federal debt ceiling and government spending!

Why It Matters: 

It is absolutely irresponsible for Washington to increase the limit on the nation's credit card while busting the budget and increasing government spending by hundreds of billions with no effort to reform out of control spending and deficits!  

What's Next:

I will continue pushing my legislation that says members of Congress should not be paid until they balance the budget. We desperately need bold reforms in Washington D.C. to stop out of control government spending. Enough is enough!
