John, one year ago today, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and unjustly stripped away the right to safe, legal contraception for millions of women across the country.

Since day one, I’ve fought to keep abortion legal and strengthen reproductive health care in Arizona, and today, I am proud to voice my support for the Arizona Right to Contraception Act.

This new legislation will protect birth control access for all Arizonans, and enshrine the right to contraception into law for our state.

I’m determined to get this bill passed, but before I can, it must pass in our GOP-led state legislature — which won’t be easy.
