Good Afternoon,

Lesko Stands Up for Responsible Homebuyers

I spoke on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives in support of Rep. Warren Davidson's (R-OH) Middle Class Borrower Protection Act to stop President Biden's insane mortgage rule. This upside-down policy incentivizes people not to be financially responsible. Those with good credit scores should never be forced to subsidize those with bad credit scores. Lesko Investigates Violations of the Constitution During Pandemic

Serious violations of the U.S. Constitution occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, I asked if it was unconstitutional and unjust that the government closed churches during COVID-19, while casinos stayed open, and I asked about allegations against the White House and social media companies for colluding to silence Americans. Watch my full line of questioning below:

Lesko Questions the Federal Communications Commission

Amateur radio operators regularly step up without compensation when emergencies arise. In the House Energy and Commerce Committee's Subcommittee on Communication and Technology, I asked when the Federal Communications Commission will replace data limit with a bandwidth limit for amateur radio operators so they can engage in modern data communications. Watch my questions below:

Lesko Looks into Value-Based Care

Republicans want to lower health care costs. In order to do so, I asked our expert witnesses how we can improve the Medicare system to help Americans. Watch my questions in the House Energy and Commerce Committee's Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations below:

Lesko Questions EPA on Electric Grid

In the House Energy and Commerce Committee's Subcommittee on Environment, Manufacturing, and Critical Materials, the EPA claimed that the U.S. will only need to increase electricity output by four percent by 2050 to meet the electricity needs to charge all the new electric cars President Biden is pushing for with his new regulations and mandates. Yet, President Biden's Department of Energy says electricity output will have to increase by 40 percent by 2050 to meet the demand. President Biden's own agencies don't even agree. How are Americans supposed to believe their numbers? Watch below:

GET THE FACTS: President Biden's Border Crisis Worsens

With the release of U.S. Customs and Border Protection's May 2023 border numbers, it is crystal clear that the southern border is still in total disarray. There were 204,561 illegal migrant encounters at our southern border in May 2023, and 29 suspects on the terrorist watch list were apprehended. In just the first eight months of the fiscal year, 125 people whose names appear on the terrorist watchlist were stopped trying to cross our southern border. These are just the illegal migrants who are caught. Since President Biden took office, there have been 1.5 million known gotaways. Both President Biden and Secretary Mayorkas have been missing in action when it comes to the crisis at our southern border and have allowed this historic border crisis to continue. House Republicans, thankfully, have passed H.R. 2, the Secure the Border Act, which is the strongest border security package in history. We have done our job. Now it is time for the U.S. Senate to take up this legislation so that it can be sent to President Biden's desk. The time to act is now to secure our southern border.
