Dear John,

George Watts Jr. was only 24 years old when he died . . . from what his autopsy confirmed were complications related to COVID vaccine-induced myocarditis.

Watts got the vaccine because his community college mandated it.

He also agreed to get it because government officials misled him to believe that Pfizer’s vaccine was “fully licensed” and “safe and effective.”

Please donate today to help support CHD’s landmark lawsuit against the DOD on behalf of George Watts’ family — and all of CHD’s legal, research, advocacy and education work.

Children’s Health Defense is funding this historic lawsuit to expose how the U.S. Department of Defense misled millions of Americans . . .  in order to get them to unwittingly participate in a dangerous, sometimes deadly mass medical experiment.

The law is clear: A drug like the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine, authorized for emergency use, cannot legally be promoted as “safe.”

Yet the DOD continued to allow the Pfizer-BioNTech EUA vaccine to be distributed in the U.S. — even after the FDA granted full approval to Pfizer’s Comirnaty vaccine, which was never even made available in the U.S.

Why? So people like George Watts would mistakenly believe they were receiving a fully approved vaccine.

It was a classic, fraudulent “bait-and-switch” tactic intended to mislead all of us.

For years, the U.S. government has gone to great lengths to shield vaccine makers from liability when their products injure or kill people.

Congress took that liability shield to new heights during the pandemic . . . by declaring a national health emergency and issuing a PREP Act declaration.

They made it nearly impossible to hold anyone involved in the manufacturing, distribution, or administration of COVID vaccines responsible for harm caused by the shots.

But even the PREP Act doesn’t protect those who engage in “willful misconduct.”

And that’s what this first-ever lawsuit against the DOD intends to prove  . . . that DOD officials, who oversaw the development, supply and distribution of COVID vaccines through the Operation Warp Speed program, took actions that willfully misled Americans.

That willful misconduct cost George Watts his life.

It also cost the lives and health of hundreds of thousands of other Americans who believed the DOD’s lies.

The Biden administration may have officially ended the federal COVID emergency. But as long as the PREP Act and other liability shields for pharma and its government minions remain in place, the war against Americans’ health and right to medical freedom won’t end.

Today, I’m asking you to support CHD’s critical work to protect our children and all Americans from being turned into pharma’s guinea pigs when the next “emergency” inevitably comes down the pike.

Why is this lawsuit so personal to me?

Because my son was vaccine injured . . . and that injury robbed him of living a full life.

Please donate today to help support CHD’s landmark lawsuit against the DOD on behalf of George Watts’ family — and all of CHD’s legal, research, advocacy and education work.

It’s time to end the war on our children. CHD is leading that fight.

But we need your help. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Rolf G. S. Hazlehurst
