A year ago today, the Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization struck down the nearly five decades of reproductive rights enshrined in Roe v. Wade.
The radical anti-abortion activists have achieved their desired domino effect after the fall of Roe: ushering in a full abortion ban in fifteen states, with legal attacks underway in another dozen states. If you are confused about where abortion care is legal, you are not alone. The intention is to cause chaos, confusion, and uncertainty.
Today, you can take action to eliminate that uncertainty by adding your name to a petition calling on Congress to federally codify the right to access safe and legal abortion services.

Abortions are deeply personal medical decisions that should be between the patient and their doctor — not a subject of debate or partisan manipulation. And, like all health care, access to a safe and legal abortion is a fundamental human right — one we must ensure is available to everyone, regardless of their geographic location or economic background. So today, on the anniversary of the Dobbs decision, I am asking you to help return that decision to the patient and doctor.
