John,

For nearly five decades, Roe v. Wade cast a dark shadow over our
nation, stripping the unborn of their most basic and fundamental
right - the right to life.

A year ago today, the Supreme Court reversed course and rekindled
the flame of hope for those who cherish the sanctity of life. Its
historic Dobbs decision overturned Roe, giving individual states
the power to declare abortion illegal.

Many conservative states like Texas already had legislation in
place that protected life which went into effect because of this
ruling. However, some rogue district attorneys, from liberal
areas like Austin and Houston, thought they were above state law
and quickly pledged to not prosecute those who administer an
abortion.

In Texas, nobody is above the law. That's why the Texas
Legislature passed House Bill 17, to rein in rogue DAs and hold
them accountable.

At the Republican Party of Texas, we refuse to sit back and watch
as the Radical Left nullifies our state's Pro-Life laws.

Now, more than ever, we need your support to stand firm in
defense of the unborn and ensure that future generations of
Texans are granted the opportunity to experience the beauty and
potential of life.
