John —

I was only 6 years old when Roe v. Wade was first decided.

I grew up, entered adulthood, went to law school, fell in love, got
married and had two beautiful boys in a world where women's reproductive
rights were always protected — where I had the choice to live whatever
kind of life I wanted.

But a year ago, six radical conservatives on the Supreme Court ruled to
take away the freedom to choose that millions of us had counted on for
decades.

Today, a generation of young women are growing up in a world where that
right isn’t guaranteed — where far-right extremists are working every
single day to take away their right to choose and control their bodies.

In the year since Roe v. Wade was overturned, we’ve watched radical state
legislators pass increasingly extreme abortion bans, outlaw interstate
travel to receive reproductive health care, make abortions a felony and
attack the right to birth control.
And if Republicans retake the Senate, far-right extremists within their
ranks will do whatever it takes to pass a nationwide abortion ban.

You have my word that I will never, ever give up the fight to restore our
reproductive rights. But this isn’t a battle I can win on my
own. [ [link removed] ]That’s why we’ve set a $25,000 goal to defend and expand our
pro-choice Senate majority. Can I count on you to split a donation between
No Dem Left Behind and me before midnight? Please, John, this
is the fight of our generation — none of us can afford to sit on the
sidelines.

If you’ve saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your
donation will go through immediately:
