A year ago, the Supreme Court threw out Roe v Wade, putting the lives of millions of women at risk.
As an emergency physician, I have seen this first hand. I have delivered babies and told women they have lost their pregnancies. I saw it when a patient came into my emergency department and almost died after a back alley abortion.
We know that women’s reproductive health care rights continue to be attacked across the country.
