Fellow American,

I can guess what you were thinking when you opened this email. “Who in the world is Pastor Jim Nelson?”

Well, Fellow American. You might not know me from Adam, but if you have a moment, I would like to tell you who I am:

• I’m a father of 2 daughters. I’ve seen the attack on women by the left and know the damage it can do to our girls.
• I’m an Air Force Veteran. I know firsthand the sacrifices that men and women in uniform make to defend our freedom.
• I served in Law Enforcement for 30 years. I know what it takes to keep families safe.
• I’m a Pastor. I’ve dedicated my life to leading in faith.

Now, I’m running for Congress.

I’m in a David vs. Goliath battle to represent my home district. My opponent is a left-wing socialist with endless resources, and the Democrats are going to spend millions trying to drag my name through the mud.

If you think there should be more men of God in Congress, I humbly ask you for your help. With your generosity we can bring Christian values back to Washington, D.C...

I wouldn’t ask if the situation wasn’t so dire. I’ll never stop fighting for the American people, but this fight isn’t going to be easy.
