I’m so incredibly proud of my mother, Rosie Castro, for who she is as a person, but today I want to highlight how she stepped up to the plate and served with honor as District 7’s Councilwoman!

I am so proud of the long history my mom has dedicating herself to bettering and giving back to our great city of San Antonio as an advocate, on civil rights, and on many more issues which is why I am asking you to join us in signing this card to thank her for serving our city!
