John, on Tuesday, a judge will hear the government’s motion to dismiss Aurora Regino’s case.
Of course, we’re arguing the motion should fail…but we can’t be sure what will happen on Tuesday.

In case you need the details of our lawsuit refreshed, we’re suing the Chico Unified School District because it targeted Aurora Regino’s young daughter and “socially transitioned” her gender behind Aurora’s back.
Her daughter was in the 5th grade.
We need our case against Chico to go forward, not just for Aurora and her daughter, but for children, parents, and families everywhere.
Schools have been overtaken by gender and sexuality extremists boasting how to secretly “transition” kids without parental notification or consent.
They have no respect for the important role that parents play in raising kids.
Aurora Regino stepped up to lead the fight against these classroom activists and she needs your support and encouragement ahead of this hearing.
