john,

Tomorrow marks one year since conservative justices on the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade – stripping millions of women of the right to make their own personal reproductive health care decisions.

This ruling was devastating and is a massive step backward for our country. Over the past year, more than 20 states have moved to ban or restrict abortion – but some Republicans want to go even further.

Donald Trump is openly bragging that he “was able to kill Roe v. Wade ” and Republicans in Congress have proposed a federal abortion ban. Reproductive rights are on the line in 2024, john.

As one of the only doctors in Congress, Kim knows that deeply personal reproductive health care decisions should be between doctors and their patients – not extreme politicians. Kim's working to codify the protections of Roe v. Wade into law, but to do that, we need a pro-choice majority in the House.

Last year, Kim defeated a Trump-supporting Republican who wanted to ban abortion without exceptions for rape or incest. Anti-choice Republicans have once again made her seat a top target, so she's counting on your support to keep this seat blue.

Before our end-of-quarter deadline, chip in $5 or whatever you're able to help keep Kim fighting for reproductive rights in the House.

Thanks,

Team Schrier

Rep. Kim Schrier is a doctor, scientist, and mom, fighting for Washington's 8th District in Congress. This is one of the most competitive districts in the country, so we need your help to keep Kim in Congress. Chip in now to help protect Kim's seat in 2024.
