A year ago, supporters like you stepped up when the U.S. Supreme Court revoked the constitutional right to abortion.

That support was critical in the last year as the Center for Reproductive Rights fought state abortion bans, chaotic restrictions on reproductive care that resulted in serious health crises, and laws that attempted to turn back the clock on human rights.

However, that fight isn't over. I wanted to be sure you saw that starting today, all gifts will be matched ten times through June 25. That means, for every $1 you donate, a generous Center donor will match it with another $10! There couldn't be a better time to recommit to the fight for reproductive rights.

We know that you care deeply about human rights, and we are grateful that you include the Center on the list of organizations you support. As you consider making your 10X gift, I wanted to share just a few of the cases our team has filed in 2023 so far:

• In Montana, we filed a lawsuit challenging an administrative rule that would effectively eliminate access to abortion for most Montanans insured through Medicaid. A temporary restraining order has been granted in that case and abortion remains accessible, for now.
   
• In Virginia, Kansas, and Montana, we filed a lawsuit on behalf of independent abortion providers that seeks to preserve long-term access to the abortion medication mifepristone.
   
• In Texas, we filed a groundbreaking lawsuit on behalf of 13 women and two doctors asking the court for clarity on what situations fall under the "medical emergency" exception in Texas's abortion bans. All 13 women were denied abortion care despite experiencing medical conditions that threatened their life, health, and future fertility.
