The Trump Administration’s proposed FY 2021 budget shines a spotlight on who’s been losing out under this administration, including people with low incomes, immigrant communities, and communities of color. In addition to issuing a statement on the overall harm of his budget, we also blogged about how it would undermine the economic security of students and workers with low incomes by proposing to slash, cut, and/or eliminate critical federal student aid and workforce development programs.
